Integrate before replacing

I would rather connect the systems you already use than give you five new logins. Phone, web forms, Facebook leads, email, calendars, CRM and job management can often be coordinated without rebuilding the entire business.

I normally target repetitive work and missed opportunities so people can focus on work that needs skill, judgement or a human conversation.
